Company Overview

Wuchang Fengyuan Plastics Co.,Ltd. was found in 1998, with its former factory name as Wuchang Plastic Woven Bag Factory. In 2015, Fengyuan Plastics expanded its site area of 46000 square meter at Wanbao Industry Zone. In the new site area, besides the woven bags production lines, we are building flexible packages production lines which will be completed by October 2016. Fengyuan Plastics is specialized in producing woven bags in colors of transparent, semi-transparent, misty white, super white and etc, rice bag, fertilizer bag, flour bag, cement bag, feed bag, plastic woven bags laminated by bopp color printing film, aluminum film, bopp pearlized film, lamination of pearlized and matte color film, matte film, non-woven fabrics, paper film and so on. Our factory produces the most various kinds of woven bags. The woven bag production line is equipped with full set of the most advanced machines in Northeast Area with capabilities of completing design, mould making, printing, wire drawing, weaving, film covering, sewing into completed bags and inspection. Currently, there are more than 400 workers including 50 technical and management staffs in Fengyuan Plastics. There are 5 wire drawing machines, 160 circular weaving machines, 7 sets of auto chromatically multi-color printers, 4 dry coating machines, 4 compound laminating machines, 1 set of laser anti-counterfeit inkjet printer, and 10 sets of auto cutting and sewing machines for woven bag production which contributes to output capability of 400,000 woven bags per day. There are another 11 auto cutting machines, 17 sets of auto sewing machines, 12 wireless ultrasonic closing machines to fill various customized demands. Based on the production principles of focusing on every details, guarding the quality pass strictly, and keeping responsible to what we produced , Fengyuan is stepping forwarder to develop itself into the leader of plastic packaging industry.
